Future Bankers Program
Future Bankers Program is an initiative of HDFC Bank to attract and develop young talent, who wish to pursue a career in Banking. This program aims to turn young graduates into highly-trained, well-groomed, customer-facing personnel. It entails on-campus learning for the first 6 months, followed by an internship for the next 6 months. Successful candidates will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma certificate & a full time job opportunity with the Bank. The training imparts knowledge and skills in core banking areas like banking products, processes, systems, regulations and compliance frameworks involved in day-to-day banking operations.
The main objective of the Future Bankers Program is to create a pipeline of qualified young executives who will give customers a uniform, high-quality service experience, and go on to become future industry leaders. HDFC Bank will provide opportunities to bright, young aspirants from across the country looking to grow with India's largest private bank.

Trade Finance Program
HDFC Bank's Trade Finance Program is an exciting new opportunity to start a career in Trade Operations with us. Designed in collaboration with BankEdge, it empowers bright young graduates with the knowledge and skills they need to become a part of our Trade Finance team. The programme not only offers training to meet the specific needs of a wide variety of customers, but also paves the way for greater professional growth. Candidates undergo a screening process, post which they are issued a conditional offer letter. Selected candidates have to successfully undergo a 30-day course with BankEdge to be absorbed into HDFC Bank as employees.

Clarification in Public Interest on Fake Job Offers:
A new modus-operandi has been introduced by fraudsters to dupe or defraud the innocent job seekers. They contact the job aspirant through mass-communication channels like email, SMS, etc. and offer a job in Big Companies. The agencies generally provides a fake link in their mails or ask for few personal information and finally ask money to issue fake offer / appointment letters. The innocent job aspirant fall prey to these tricks used by fraudsters and end up paying money without any gain.
HDFC Bank has gone digital in issuing their Appointment Letters - we no longer issue hard copy appointment letters to prospective candidates. Our digital appointment letters have electronically verified signatures.
Why would anyone fall victim to such fraudulent tactics?
After all, these badly written fake appointment letters come with a lot of spelling errors and grammatical mistakes and have faded or old logo of the company, enough to make one suspicious about the offer. But they come with a sweet deal one has not bargained for: pay a small amount now, and enjoy the benefits the job can bring throughout your life. Enough to throw all wisdom to air and feel that you are the luckiest one.
